Study plan
At the moment of enrolment, each student is assigned the statutory study plan relating to the Regulations of their own course of study (for the Degree Course in Communication Theories please check the List of Teachings for the Academic Year 2019/20).
The study plan consists of all the exams that must be taken in order to graduate.
In presenting the study plan, the student must indicate all the exams he/she intends to take during his/her career to reach the sum of 120 CFU required, including credits of his/her choice.
The study plan must be completed by all students enrolled in a course of study and is presented only once per academic year.
Students who have already submitted a study plan in previous years, may change it with a new submission in subsequent academic years.
SUBMISSION OF STUDY PLANS FOR THE A.Y. 2019/20
Submission timelines
First period: from 04 November to 09 December 2019
Second period: from 15 March to 30 April 2020
The periods shown are alternative one to each other. Students who have had an approved plan in the first period will not be able to submit it in the second period.
Students enrolled in the course who need to fill out the study plan for the current academic year 2019-2020 or edit the choices made in previous years, may complete and submit the study plan by accessing the Online Service.
Here, by using the credentials given by the University at the time of his/her admission (immatricolazione), the student is also granted access to his/her own online book of records.
To access the service the student must have renewed his/her enrolment to the academic year 2019/20. The Service is only active during the submission periods.
Prior to the start of the online procedure, it is kindly suggested the viewing of the video tutorial and the reading of the University Guide to the compilation of the online study plan (ITA).
After having completed the plan, please remember to click on "conferma" and then on "conferma definitivamente" so that the plan can be correctly submitted; it is also advisable to print a copy of the filled in study plan. The copy, in fact, represents the only verification instrument in case of formal or substantial irregularities that may occur after the upload.
Students who have undergone course transitions, transfers from other universities and/or course abbreviations may not be able to access the online compilation.
In this case it is possible to contact the Didactic Secretariat by writing to: st-form.pianistudio@unifi.it or visiting the Didactics Secretariat located at: Via Laura, 48 - 50121 - Firenze.
Once recorded, the online study plan CANNOT BE MODIFIED.
In the event that the study plan submitted is rejected by the committee, students will be notified by e-mail to their institutional e-mail address and will be asked to re-file the plan online during the recompilation window:
first period of recompilation: from 10 to 20 December 2019
second period of recompilation: from 01 to 15 May 2020
Once the plan has been approved, the student's online booklet will be updated automatically.
Students aiming at graduating by the application call of April 2020 shall not fill their study plan online. Both in case of change and first submission they will have to edit and present it in paper form during the periods and according to the instructions provided for on the PER LAUREARSI webpages (ITA) - students of the Degree Course in Communication Theories might check the section named: "Area Studi Umanistici".
